What are the differences in quality between Sonic Fire & Security Ltd's products and other brands?

All our products are produced to the highest quality and comply with international ISO9002 standards.

How long does it take to install a system?

The time taken for installing a system will depend on the type of system, the size of installation and how many people need to be trained to use the equipment. Once we are aware of these details we can provide clients with an estimate for project length.

How does Sonic Fire & Security Ltd differ from other companies?

Sonic FS is unique in its approach to training and supporting staff. These aspects of our company mean that we can provide better quality staff with the lowest staff turnover.

What kind of training will the staff receive?

The staff can either be trained at base level or receive specialist training as required by the role of the officer.

Can our systems be monitored off-site?

Yes. An Alarm Receiving Company (ARC) can monitor all fire detection and intruder alarms, as well as CCTV systems. The ARC will automatically be alerted if an alarm is triggered.

What happens if something goes wrong with the system?

All our Fire & Security systems come with an emergency contact number for assistance, which is available 24 hours a day. If the problem cant be rectified over the phone, one of our engineers will visit the premises.

Will I know how to use the systems installed?

When the installation has been completed, a Sonic FS engineer will run through the functions of the control panels for your fire or intruder alarm, and will leave an operations manual on site for further consultation.

Does Sonic Fire & Security's systems need to be connected to our existing alarms?

No. There is no need to arrange for expensive alarm connections into your temporary building, as all of our systems will work independently. If you need to integrate our equipment into an existing alarm system we can provide technical advice to assist you.

Does Sonic Fire & Security comply to current regulations?

Yes. All equipment we install meets the appropriate British Standard approvals. Our systems are designed in accordance with these standards and are installed and maintained by approved engineers.
