Over 10% of the population suffer from hearing impairment. Under the DDA (disability discrimination act), any person that offers goods, facilities or services to the general public must take a ‘reasonable’ course of action of making sure they do not discriminate against such people. One of the easiest ways to meet this requirement is to have an induction loop system fitted in your premises.

These systems are designed to provide a hearing solution for where customers are separated from staff by a glass partition, places where the public need to hear information and, of course, for the hearing impaired.
